Packaging Operators

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking dedicated Packaging Operators to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the packaging department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operators

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $19-$20/hr depending on the shift

Shift: Multiple shifts available! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!
1st: 7am - 3:30pm
2nd: 3pm - 11:30pm
3rd: 11pm - 7:30am
Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform cleaning of packaging work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment according to GMP standards
• Palletize package materials following safety guidelines
• Conduct visual inspections of packaged products for quality compliance
• Collect samples for quality verification as per documented procedures

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of relevant packing experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and recognize deviations from specifications
• Proficiency in English with basic computer skills and ability to read charts and diagrams
