Job Title: Packaging/Production Associate
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM OR 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Job Overview: Responsible for visually inspecting filled product off the filling line following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP). The production inspector will work in the Capping Department and on the off-line inspection area and therefore must be knowledgeable of procedures and equipment in each area.
- Visually inspects products for various defects.
- Documents work accurately and timely.
- Complies with current SOP's and cGMP's.
- Sets-up, adjusts, and operates equipment such as inspection machines, cappers, etc.
- Performs and documents critical start-up procedures for filling operation such as filter integrity test, line clearance, component verification, etc.
- Performs and documents quality checks on product.
- Calculates percent defective on inspection results and reconciles components on batch record.
- Loads and unloads vials from turntables. Stacks, wraps and moves pallets of product.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
