PACKAGING/PRODUCTION HELPER

Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Packaging/Production Helper to join their team. As a Packaging/Production Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging/Production Helper

Location: Columbia, SC

Pay Range: $15.50/hr

Shift:
12-hr shifts, 3 on/4 off & 4 on/3 off, every other weekend.
AM shift 5:45am–6pm
PM shift 5:45pm–6am.

What's the Job?

• Load cartons onto the conveyor belt.
• Pull cartons off of the conveyor belt.
• Package products efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lift up to 50lbs on occasion and stand or walk for prolonged periods.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
