Requires prior experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The role involves providing team leadership to production employees, including staffing, motivation, and morale maintenance.
Responsible for organizing employee training on safety procedures, SOPs, and GMPs, and resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues.
Collaborates with maintenance to ensure equipment is well-maintained and operationally efficient.
Maintains targeted production efficiency for individual lines and contributes to overall plant performance.
Key accountabilities include fostering open communication, implementing organizational principles, coaching teams to meet objectives, conducting regular meetings, and analyzing production data to identify issues and develop corrective actions.
Education and/or experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
