What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, and field activity to generate new business
- Build and grow a territory from the ground up with a strong focus on net new accounts
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored packaging, janitorial, and safety solutions
- Manage a robust pipeline and consistently close new business
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Partner internally to ensure execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM activity and sales reporting discipline

- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Experience in packaging distribution or related industrial sales is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
