Job Title: Salesperson – Packaging Solutions Specialist
Location: Clifton, NJ
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 50,000/yr + commission

As we expand, we're looking for a passionate and driven Salesperson with a focus on packaging solutions to join our team! 


Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to specialize in packaging solutions with a focus on luxury packaging, gift boxes, and ribbon. This role involves selling a wide variety of packaging products, including custom, eco-friendly, and specialty packaging. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a strong understanding of packaging materials, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Identify and target potential clients in need of luxury packaging solutions, including gift boxes and premium decorative packaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their packaging needs.
  • Present and sell a wide variety of packaging products, including custom gift boxes, high-end packaging materials, eco-friendly options, and luxury ribbon.
  • Provide quotes, manage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product specifications and timelines are met.
  • Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to recommend the best packaging solutions.

·         Participate in trade shows, networking events, and online marketing to promote our luxury packaging and gift box solutions.
 
 

Qualifications:
 
  • Proven sales experience in packaging, materials, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of luxury packaging types, including custom gift boxes, ribbon, and premium finishing touches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
