â Inspect parts for quality standards including thickness, trim quality, holes, color consistency, and overall appearance.
â Identify and communicate quality issues or equipment concerns to machine operators promptly.
â Pack finished parts into boxes according to customer specifications.
â Ensure correct quantities before packaging and maintain accurate documentation.
â Tape, label, and palletize finished boxes for shipment.
â Follow packaging instructions and customer requirements with accuracy and consistency.
â Communicate issues such as defective parts, labeling errors, or equipment malfunctions.
â Work closely with machine operators to maintain smooth production flow.
â Maintain required job records and documentation.
â Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
â Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
