Description

Overview We are seeking a Packaging Project Coordinator to support a growing Packaging Engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in coordinating packaging-related projects, managing technical data and specifications, supporting commercialization initiatives, and ensuring accurate information flow across multiple business systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination, data management, and cross-functional communication skills who enjoys improving processes and driving projects to completion. Responsibilities Coordinate packaging-related commercialization and cost savings projects from initiation through completion. Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action items across cross-functional teams. Support packaging engineers by managing and maintaining packaging specifications and technical data. Enter, update, validate, and maintain packaging information within specification management and PLM systems. Work with suppliers, internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations to gather required documentation and data. Create, maintain, and update project tracking tools, reports, and dashboards. Support packaging compliance, reporting, and sustainability initiatives, including packaging data collection and analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency within data management workflows. Utilize Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and other business systems to organize and manage project information. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and databases. Required Qualifications Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments or stakeholder groups. Experience working with technical data, product information, specifications, documentation, or master data. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working within manufacturing environments. Proven ability to operate independently in a remote work environment. Strong communication and follow-up skills with both internal teams and external partners.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
