Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Flag Supply. As a part of our fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality American flags in a timely and accurate manner. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to our company's reputation for excellence.

Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm. No weekends!

What you Will do :

• Think Ahead: Spot ways to improve processes and suggest smarter, faster, or safer approaches.
• Pick & Pack with Precision: Accurately fulfill orders with speed, ensuring every detail is correct.
• Quality Obsessed: Perform thorough checks to ensure each product reflects the craftsmanship our customers expect.
• Protect What Matters: Use proper packaging techniques to safeguard products during transit.
• Maintain High Standards: Verify item selection, quantities, and packaging—nothing leaves unless it’s perfect.
• Stay Organized: Keep your station clean and efficient so you can stay fast and focused.
• Communicate Clearly: Work with your team and supervisors to solve problems and meet customer needs.
• Exceed Expectations: Consistently hit or surpass fulfillment targets while keeping error rates low.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in order fulfillment, inventory, or logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and best practices.
• Knowledge of American flag etiquette or patriotic products is a bonus.
