Key Responsibilities- Publish and maintain packaging specification documents following established standards
- Perform document quality checks and coordinate corrections
- Support Packaging Engineers with specifications, standards, and digital systems
- Create and revise specifications as needed
- Track document changes and assist with reporting
- Support artwork change management (ePADEx) and SAP workflows
- Maintain up to date knowledge of SOPs, regulations, and guidelines
- Collaborate with cross functional partners (Art, SGS, Regulatory, QA, MPD)
Qualifications- Enovia Originator credentials with hands on experience creating packaging specifications
- Minimum 1 year of packaging specification experience
- Proficient skills in Word, Excel, TOPS, PowerPoint
- Fast, accurate typing and solid document formatting abilities
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy
