Packaging Supervisor
This Supervisor is responsible for primary and secondary packaging room activities and is responsible for leading and supervising Packaging Room Associates.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee Packaging Room Associates to ensure all primary and secondary packaging operations are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule
* Manage daily packaging room activities, including assigning tasks, supervising equipment operation and ensuring proper execution of packaging, labeling, and assembly processes
* Maintain full accountability for products, labels, and packaging components by ensuring all batch record activities are completed in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
* Coordinate cleaning procedures and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to maintain a compliant, efficient, and inspection-ready packaging environment
Required Skills & Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent work experience
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
* Ability to read and follow instructions
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Familiarity with Pharmaceutical industry
