Applies broad knowledge of the Manufacturing Packaging Operations area to independently drive the execution of tasks, processes, and projects, delivering solutions requiring a higher degree of autonomy. May coach and/or provide guidance to team members to ensure complex tasks are completed to organizational standards. Responsible for managing or performing work associated with packaging finished goods. Responsibilities This job applies comprehensive knowledge within the Manufacturing Packaging Operations area to independently execute complex tasks and initiatives following best practices and methods with minimal oversight. Facilitates the review and refinement of production processes to enhance operational performance. Identifies operational inefficiencies and suggests corrective actions to improve workflows. Collaborates with teams to address process improvement opportunities. Focuses on increasing the line efficiency and driving productivity throughout the manufacturing process. Contributes to the implementation of key area processes and initiatives, and ensures methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, while operating effectively in a matrix organization to align multiple stakeholders. Work Schedule Monday-Friday. Typical schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexibility required to support second and third shift teams as needed. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven experience in problem-solving and achieving performance targets in operational settings. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders. A bachelors degree is required. Computer literacy with proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.
