Packaging Operator
Location: Gainesville, GA
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Schedule:
- Monday-Wednesday: 5:45 AM-4:30 PM
- Thursday: 5:45 AM-3:30 PM

Job Summary
Join a manufacturing team responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining production quality, and ensuring products are packaged according to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up packaging equipment, including labelers, printers, coders, and vision systems.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report production concerns.
- Complete production documentation and data entry accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures.
- Assist with material handling and packaging line support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Forklift/reach truck experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
