Our client, a leader in clinical packaging operations, is seeking a Packaging Technician to join their team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting pharmaceutical and clinical trial supply processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $19.80

Shift: 2:45pm - 1: 30 am Monday - Thursday
2 pm - 8 pm on Fri

What's the Job?

  • Perform manual and automated filling and packaging of pharmaceutical treatments.
  • Count and prepare products accurately to ensure proper inventory management.
  • Follow all manufacturing regulatory standards and procedures diligently.
  • Complete training on operating requirements and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure quality and safety.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No previous work experience required; experience in pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and training materials.
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions independently.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timeliness.
