Position Overview
The Packager is responsible for preparing and packaging products in the Reprocessing Department according to quality and safety standards. This Packager role ensures items are inspected, handled, and packaged accurately to meet production requirements. The ideal Packager is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a structured environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Bilingual required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and ability to work early morning shifts consistently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Package products accurately and efficiently according to department guidelines
Assist with reprocessing activities as needed
Inspect items for quality and compliance before packaging
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
Support team members to meet daily production goals
