The Role
As a Part-Time Packager / Warehouse Forklift Driver, you'll play a hands-on role in our daily operations — packaging kelp products, keeping the warehouse organized, and safely operating a forklift to move inventory. This is a great fit for someone who likes to stay active, takes pride in doing quality work, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
What You'll Do
- Package and label kelp products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments
- Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet our high standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
- Pitch in wherever needed — no task is too small when you're part of a great team
What We're Looking For

- Dependable, punctual, and ready to show up with energy every shift
- A team player who communicates well and supports coworkers
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout a shift
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or forklift experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
