      Full-Time | Rotating Shifts 
       
      Start your career with Wyo‑Ben and join a Wyoming‑based manufacturing and mining operation focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. We’re hiring dependable, motivated individuals for a Packer role in a fast‑paced production environment. No experience required—training provided.
       
      What You’ll Do
      • Fill bags to required weights and palletize finished product
      • Shrink‑wrap pallets and move materials using forklifts
      • Maintain a clean, safe work area
      • Follow MSHA safety standards and operating procedures
      • Work closely with the production team
      What We’re Looking For
      • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
      • Willingness to learn equipment and forklift operation
      • Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
      • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
      • Available to work rotating shifts
      Work Environment
      • Working in a fast-moving production environment
      • Standing, lifting, and working around machinery
      • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
      • Compliance with safety, PPE, and Respiratory Protection Program requirements
