Packer – 2nd Shift

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Overtime: Available as needed
Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, scanning, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. Candidates must have previous RF scanner experience and be comfortable meeting daily productivity and accuracy expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders.
• Use an RF scanner to scan, locate, and verify products and inventory.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product information before packing.
• Package products securely to prevent damage during shipment.
• Label and prepare completed orders for shipping.
• Sort and stage packed orders in designated areas.
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or missing products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order information using RF scanning equipment.
• Keep packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous RF scanner experience required.
• Previous packing, order picking, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
• Must be available for overtime as needed.
