Kimco Staffing in partnership with an Industry Leader manufacturing company located in the city of Huntington Beach, CA.
This top notch growing company is currently looking for packers & assemblers to join their team!
Shift & Pay:
Job Duties
• Assemble, package, inspect, and finish products according to specifications.
• Perform assembly, packaging, labeling, and rework as needed.
• Operate secondary machinery and equipment safely.
• Inspect products for quality defects and verify quantities, packaging, and UPC labels.
• Perform shrink wrapping and other packaging operations.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report quality or production issues to the Supervisor or Process Technician.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physical production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements during an 8-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:05 PM or 7:25 AM–3:30 PM | $17.25–$17.50/hr |
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:05 PM or 3:25 PM–11:30 PM | $17.25–$17.50/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential |
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:05 AM or 11:25 PM–7:30 AM | $17.25–$17.50/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential |
