Order Fulfillment: Assemble customer and distributor orders from warehouse stock accurately and efficiently.
Product Packaging: Fill, cap, secure, and label bottles or containers of liquid products.
Quality Control: Inspect finished items, bottles, and boxes for leaks, defects, or misprinted labels before they are cleared for shipment.
Shipping Preparation: Place products into shipping boxes, insert protective packaging materials to prevent damage during transit, and securely tape or seal containers.
Inventory & Maintenance: Count and organize physical stock during periodic inventories, and maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is typically preferred.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods during an 8-hour shift, and comfortably lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly.
Skills: Strong attention to detail to catch defective packaging, basic math skills for product counting, and the ability to follow standard safety operating procedures.
