Picker/Packer / Lift Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Packer / Lift Driver to join our warehouse/production team. This dual-role position is responsible for both packaging products accurately and operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks to support daily warehouse operations.

Job SummaryThis position plays an important role in ensuring products are properly packaged, handled, and moved efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Pack and prepare products accurately for shipment in a timely manner
Inspect items for quality, defects, and accuracy before packaging
Label, seal, and organize products according to company standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Operate forklifts or powered industrial trucks to move, load, and unload materials
Transport pallets and products throughout the warehouse or production facility
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines at all times
Support inventory accuracy by properly staging and organizing materials

Forklift experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations preferred
Strong focus on safety and teamwork

Full-time - 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Competitive Pay: $19.00
