Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4 days per week
Available Shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking Packers to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for preparing, processing, inspecting, and packaging meat products while following all food safety, quality, and GMP requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, inspect, and package meat products according to company standards.

• Follow Food Safety, GMP, PPE, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and meet production goals.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Work Environment

• Refrigerated environment: 35°F–45°F.

• Freezer environment: -10°F to +10°F with company-provided apparel.

• Saturday work may be required as needed.

• Work may continue until production is completed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.

• 6+ months of warehouse experience.

• Food manufacturing, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions.

• Must be comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer environments.
