About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing goods and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products according to specified procedures to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Use warehouse materials and packaging supplies to secure items for shipment.
• Handle products weighing up to 30 lbs, following safety and ergonomic guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing station to support efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse policies during packing activities.
• Assist in inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily packing quotas.
• Use manual tools and packing equipment as directed by supervisors.
• Safely load packed items onto conveyor or shipping pallets as required.
• Report any packaging issues or equipment malfunctions to management.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in general warehouse functions or packing operations.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 30 lbs.
