• Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and workspaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Adhere to production schedules to help achieve daily output goals and support timely delivery.
• Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of production activities, materials used, and equipment downtime.
• Work closely with team members, sharing insights and proactively suggesting process improvements to optimize workflow and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
