Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm
Summary of the Role:The Packer will work in a fast-paced production environment stacking and handling bags weighing up to 50 lbs. This is a physically demanding position that requires good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, stamina, and the ability to maintain a steady pace throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:

• Stack bags weighing up to 50 lbs onto pallets.
• Arrange and organize products securely and efficiently on pallets.
• Keep pace with production requirements in a fast-moving environment.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Inspect bags and materials for obvious quality concerns.
• Move and organize materials throughout the production area as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper lifting practices.
• Assist with additional production and general labor duties as needed.

Required Skills:

• Ability to repeatedly lift and stack up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Previous production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.

Compensation:$18.00 per hour
