Packer/Machine Operators

Job Description
The Packer is responsible for monitoring assigned molding machines and related equipment while packaging finished cable ties and molded parts according to established production and quality standards. Responsibilities include visually inspecting finished parts and packaging for defects, manually bagging, sealing, labeling, and boxing products, verifying product counts and weights using scales, and repacking or relabeling materials as needed. The Packer will monitor machine performance, communicate production or quality issues to the Cell Leader, Mold Technician, QC Inspector, or Shift Supervisor, maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with training new Packers when needed.
