Job Title: Packaging Associate (All Shifts Available)

Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented Packaging Associate candidates to support production operations in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring all systems and processes meet quality and compliance standards before, during, and after production.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform quality inspections on materials, components, and finished products
  
• 
  Verify equipment setup, documentation, and production steps
  
• 
  Review and follow packaging/batch records to ensure compliance
  
• 
  Conduct in-process inspections (visual, functional, and count checks)
  
• 
  Support production efficiency and workflow within assigned areas
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices
  
• 
  Ensure adherence to GMP and quality standards
  

 

Qualifications:

• 
  High School Diploma or GED required
  
• 
  Manufacturing, packaging, or assembly experience preferred
  
• 
  Knowledge of GMP and quality control processes
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• 
  Ability to read, interpret, and complete documentation accurately
  
• 
  Basic math skills (percentages, decimals, counting)
  
• 
  Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  

 

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Ability to stand for extended periods
  
• 
  Frequent walking, reaching, and handling materials
  
• 
  Lift/move up to 30 lbs as needed
