Position: Packer
Location: Melrose Park, Illinois | Duration: 3+ months contract | Shift: 3rd shift (9:45 PM - 6:15 AM)
Responsibilities include operating packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow, inspecting labeled vials, maintaining logs, and performing line clearances. The role involves high-speed inspection, equipment adjustments, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMPs. The candidate must follow safety protocols, keep work areas organized, and assist with changeovers. Overtime may be required. Employees are responsible for adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, perform repetitive tasks at high speeds, and focus on detailed inspections. Experience with pallet jacks is preferred.
