Position Overview

Looking for an opportunity to get into manufacturing? We are seeking dependable, hardworking Packer & Order Fillers to join a fast-paced food production team.

No previous experience is required—we are willing to train candidates who bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

In this role, you will help prepare finished tea products for shipment by packing products, assembling cases, supporting production equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What You'll Do

• Pack bulk tea, tea bags, boxes, and finished products into shipping cases.
• Seal, tape, label, and prepare cases as required.
• Assist with machine setup, cleanup, and sanitation.
• Operate light production machinery when trained and assigned.
• Work closely with production, blending, and bulk departments.
• Maintain required production and sanitation documentation.
• Follow established NSF sanitation and food production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and training requirements.

The underlying role includes manual packing, machine assistance, sanitation requirements, and coordination with the Bulk, Blending, and Production departments.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable standing throughout an eight-hour shift, frequently lifting 25–50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and climbing a step ladder or lift. This position works in a production environment that may be dusty.
