Location: Pocahontas, AR

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Normal Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Current + OT Schedule (As needed): Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM + Fridays | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to learn multiple packaging and product specifications quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic required
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand for 12+ hour shifts
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly
• Good hand dexterity and coordination for labeling and assembly tasks
• Steel-toed boots required

What You'll Do:

• Assemble, label, and pack a variety of product boxes according to company specifications
• Apply labels accurately and inspect finished products for quality and correctness
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain production standards while performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
• Support additional production and packaging duties as assigned
