We are hiring a Packer / Press Operator to support high-speed metal stamping and packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating press equipment, packaging finished products, monitoring quality, and maintaining production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-speed stamping presses and auxiliary equipment
• Package metal connector plates and steel components manually and with automated systems
• Monitor product quality and minimize waste
• Report machine issues or malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
• Assist mechanics with equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed
• Label and prepare finished products for shipment
• Meet daily production and safety goals
• Complete accurate production reporting

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic computer skills helpful
