Job Summary: Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility. Schedule: The schedule for this position can vary depending on business need. Typically, there will be staffing for an AM shift (early morning) and a PM shift (10am to 7pm or similar). Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Inspect and package fresh produce, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, etc.
- Safely utilize basic tools to sort, organize, and placing boxes on a pallet.
- Properly complete all required paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
- Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
- Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
- Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
- Follow all Safety, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Procedures.
