What You'll Do as a Packer/Shipper - 1st Shift:- Package products according to shipping requirements and company standards
- Read and interpret sales orders to ensure shipment accuracy
- Load and unload trailers, including dry vans and flatbeds
- Operate packaging equipment such as pallet wrappers and scales
- Use forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Utilize power tools including saws, nail guns, and screw guns as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
What You Need to Bring to the Packer/Shipper - 1st Shift Role:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks frequently
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
