Shift: Rotating 12hr Shift, 5AM-5PM (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS)

The Lee Group is seeking dependable, energetic Packers to join the production team at a respected food and beverage manufacturing facility in Suffolk, VA. As a Packer, you'll play a key role in ensuring that finished products are safely, accurately, and efficiently packaged for distribution. You'll work as part of a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and keeping a clean, safe work environment.
What You'll Do as a Packer:
• Inspect, pack, and palletize finished products
• Ensure proper labeling, weight, and quality standards are met
• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
• Assist with organizing product in the warehouse area
• Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety and food-handling procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
What We're Looking For in a Packer:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
