A day in the life of a Packer Each shift begins with removing castings from the seasoning line and performing a final quality inspection to ensure only first- and second-quality products move forward. You will apply the correct labels and packaging, close and stack packages according to item specifications, and prepare pallets for wrapping and shipment. Throughout the day, you’ll operate packing, scanning, and wrapping equipment to keep product moving efficiently to the distribution center. The role is hands-on, detail-focused, and fast-paced, requiring consistent accuracy, communication, and adherence to safety standards. What We're Looking For
