Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Packers to join our warehouse team. Packers will prepare products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
Pack and prepare products for shipment.
Verify products and quantities before packing.
Inspect items for damage or defects.
Apply labels and shipping documentation accurately.
Follow packing procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, packing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
