Training Schedule (Now through August 31, 2026)
Paid Training
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Beginning August 31, 2026
Pay increases to $18.00/hour
Schedule changes to an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
Transition to permanent 2nd Shift
Job Responsibilities
Visually inspect lightweight molded pulp containers for quality defects.
Hand-stack and palletize finished products in the correct pattern.
Maintain organization and accuracy while working at the end of the production oven.
Identify visual defects and ensure only quality products are packaged.
Keep the work area clean by sweeping floors and maintaining a safe, organized workspace during downtime.
Assist teammates and perform additional duties as needed.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot product defects.
Ability to stay organized while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Must be comfortable working a 48-hour work week during the training period.
Willingness to work in a warm and humid manufacturing environment, where temperatures can reach 110°F during the summer months.
Physical Requirements
Stand for the entire shift.
Lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to work safely and maintain consistent attendance.
