Job Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished goods by adhering to standard operating procedures. You will use various equipment to place goods into their correct containers and prepare them for shipment, meeting or exceeding productivity standards.

Essential Duties

• Start and stop the pack station.
• Understand safety rules and quality requirements related to the pack station operations.
• Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
• Perform quality audits on finished goods and accurately record line production efficiencies.
• Ensure packed products conform to order specifications.
• Isolate damaged items to a predefined area and report them to supervisors.
• Ensure boxes are properly marked and labeled.
• Scan packed boxes and validate packing label information.
• Seal packed boxes.
• Report any product selection and quantity errors to the supervisor or coordinator immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with training.
