Packages and moves finished product; packs product in tubs in the event of a breakdown.
Completes any applicable computerized and paper documentation
If labels are added to packaging, ensure that all instructions are followed.
Maintains awareness of temperature and humidity in packing areas and notifies the supervisor of any concerns.
Inspects the quality of the primary and secondary packaging ensuring that all seals are secure and all packaging is in good condition.
If product is re-packaged, follow all food safety standards.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
