Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on role? We’re looking for a Skilled Machine Operators and Packers to join our team and keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently!
Location: Morganton
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (Day and Night) 7-7 2.2.3 rotating
Pay: Competitive wages + shift premiums + overtime opportunities
What You’ll Be Doing as Machine Operator:
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery
Perform routine mechanical adjustments and minor repairs
Monitor product quality and make real-time process adjustments
Keep accurate records of production and downtime
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications for Machine Operators and Packers:
5+ years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machines and hand tools
Comfortable standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team player with a positive attitude
