Job description:
- Packing and wrapping customers' belongings to be moved into their storage location.
- Utilize the Company's inventory and scanning software on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain daily communication on job progress with office personnel.
- Obtain proper photo documentation and communicate with customers throughout job progress.
- Document written list and photos of non-salvageable items to provide to insurance companies as needed.
- Clean affected structures and contents as needed following fire and/or water losses, and following construction work.
- Must be able and willing to work in extreme weather conditions (cold, heat,) and in homes without power.
- Mandatory on-call rotation for emergency losses
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work within a team
- Takes instruction and stays on task
- Follows company guidelines and standards
- Good verbal and written and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Can read and follow product label usage instructions
- Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform
- Valid TX Drivers License
- Ability to problem solve and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail

- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
- Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
- For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
- Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
