Key Responsibilities
Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Match items with order details to help maintain accuracy
Sort, organize, and stage outgoing products
Use handheld scanners or basic warehouse systems when required
Inspect products for visible damage, shortages, or packing issues
Maintain a clean, stocked, and orderly work area
Follow warehouse safety procedures and company standards
Work closely with teammates to meet daily productivity goals
Assist with receiving, product sorting, inventory support, or related warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute each shift
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active during the workday
Strong attention to detail and a focus on completing tasks correctly
Able to follow instructions and work within established processes
Comfortable in a busy, fast-moving warehouse setting
Team-minded with a willingness to support others when needed
Prior experience in packing, shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is helpful but not required
Willing to learn new responsibilities and grow with the company
