Location: 766 Brackbill Rd, Gap, PA 17527

Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00 per hour

FOCUS Workforce Management is hiring Warehouse Packing Associates.
Packing Associates are responsible for preparing, packing, and processing customer orders while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities
Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Inspect products for accuracy and quality.
Follow packing instructions and warehouse procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet productivity and attendance expectations.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Perform additional warehouse duties and cross-training as needed based on operational requirements.
Available Work Schedules

1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Sunday – Wednesday
Wednesday – Saturday
Monday – Thursday
Tuesday – Friday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

2nd Shift – 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Monday – Thursday

Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work as part of a team.
