Packing & Quality Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Valley City, OH
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | Friday: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM, with potential to work until 3:30 PM

Hire Sync is hiring a Packing & Quality Associate for an established manufacturing company in Valley City, OH. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on inspecting finished parts for quality and carefully packing products for shipment.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making sure products are packed correctly and meet quality expectations before leaving the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Pack finished products according to established requirements
• Inspect parts for defects, damage, and quality concerns before packing
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Count and verify parts to ensure packaging quantities are accurate
• Properly label, organize, and prepare completed products for shipment
• Identify and separate parts that do not meet quality standards
• Move and organize materials throughout the work area as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Operate a stand-up tow motor when needed and properly trained

What We’re Looking For

• Previous packing, warehouse, production, or quality inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify defects and quality issues
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Ability to accurately count and organize products
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Stand-up tow motor experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
