1st Shift Pack/Shipping Associate – Now Hiring

Location: Oberlin
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 6:00AM– 2:30 PM
(Occasional Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $17.85/hour
Status: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pack/Shipping Associate to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products for shipment
• Create and apply ID tags and shipping labels
• Pull and verify orders for accuracy
• Record shipment details and maintain documentation
• Build custom skids/pallets as needed
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized dock/shipping area

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of shipping/warehouse experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Dependable with strong attendance
