We are currently looking for reliable and motivated candidates in Aurora, OH, to join our team as Packing/Shipping workers. If you have experience in packing and shipping, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a contract electronics manufacturer focused on high-quality electronic components. Your primary responsibilities will include packing and shipping products, material handling, testing, and assisting with assembly as needed. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing while working on a consistent schedule.

Hours:
08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Monday - Friday (First Shift)

Pay:
$20.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package and ship all outgoing products per company and customer requirements, ensuring proper handling throughout the process
  • Prepare shipping materials for daily use
  • Pack and bag materials on a high volume & repetitive basis
  • Properly receive all incoming shipments, distributing to departments as necessary
  • Disassemble computers & components for recycling
  • Mechanical and electronic assembly (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use hand tools and apply labels
  • Able to read and follow detailed written instructions and prints
  • Ability to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Knowledge of electronics/electrical products a plus
  • Neat, organized, and efficient demeanor with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in electronics or assembly

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments

Other Requirements:
  • On-site work environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to Aurora, OH
