Responsibilities
- Operate shrink wrap machinery to package products efficiently and securely.
- Inspect packaged products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if required.
You should be proficient in:
- Forklift Licensed
