There are three Cath labs at UF Health’s Leesburg Hospital and 1 Electrophysiology Lab.  We are searching for someone who is passionate about elevating their skillset and who will truly value their professional experience they will acquire while working, as there are alot of complex interventional cases and structural heart cases. The Providers are excited about the field and love to share their knowledge with their staff.  This is a close-knit Cath Lab where collaboration and teamwork is celebrated with state-of-art Cath Lab technology and medical devices.  The Director is a servant-leader with 30 years of UF Health Leesburg experience and is dedicated to the success of her team and the people of her community. 

 

The Cardiology PACS Administrator is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the Radiology PACS System. The PACS Administrator acts as a liaison between the Cardiology and Information Technology.

This position will require the ability to be on-call after hours. 

Hours  8-4 or 9-5 Monday – Friday

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

 

Licensure/Certification/Registration

None

 

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required

Strong computer background.

Ability to troubleshoot software programs.

Computer background in Radiology and PACS experience preferred.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

 

Highly Preferred Skills/Qualifications and Experience are as follows:

Merge Cardio and Hemo Administration – user administration, chart correction, build and modify hemo procedures and settings

Merge EA Archive administration

Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and problem solving

Project management

SQL Reporting

Epic radiant knowledge

St Jude EP system support

Understanding of Clinical Epic workflow for troubleshooting and 1st line support for all clinical staff for setup and troubleshooting to reduce downtime

Windows 10 knowledge and administration for 1st line desktop support to reduce downtime

Understanding of Philips Epic US carts for configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity and EA setup

Knowledge of Philips X-Ray modalities for configuration and connectivity support

Knowledge of IT networking principles and concepts and ability to troubleshoot connectivity

Understanding of HL7 and interfaces

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Ability to work with multiple teams across IT and maintenance
