As a PACT Nurse Specialist at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will play a pivotal role in our PACT Team, delivering intensive, community-based services to adults navigating serious mental illness. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive nursing assessments—both at program entry and annually—to evaluate mental health symptoms and behaviors related to prescribed medications.
