PACU Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary Range: $90K-$115K (Depending Upon Experience)
Job Summary:
The PACU RN, cares for the immediate postoperative patients in all age ranges. Post anesthesia care is provided for a range of specialties and include ambulatory, inpatient and critical care cases. Aspects of care include assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of post anesthesia care. Respiratory stability, adequate pain and nausea control, safe dermatomal level and stable vital signs are assessed. Registered nurses oversee all aspects of perioperative
process including admitting, recovery and discharge.
Minimum Qualifications:
• RN license required
• Must have at least 1 year of PACU or Surgical Services experience
• Current New Mexico License or eligible for reciprocity
